- Saturday 17 Feb: Dan Berger is leading the NUBS beer train to Monk’s Pub, Haymarket, and Cruz Blanca. The agenda is lunch at Monk’s Pub and beer everywhere.
- Lake County Craft Beer Festival is Saturday 24 Feb; NUBS will represent with four members pouring, and Andy will be there representing Perfect.
- Next month is the Beer of the Quarter: BJCP Category 15, Irish Beer (Irish Red, Irish Stout, and Irish Extra Stout).
- This year’s Wort Rally was the biggest yet! Bottles for the competition must be dropped off by COB on 14 Mar, and the awards ceremony is planned for 23 Mar. If you’re available and interested in judging, let Andy know.
- Judging will primarily be 20 and 21 Mar starting at 9AM
- The Mundelein Craft Beer Festival this year may have a whole homebrew island – stay posted!
- Spring juice buckets are imminent
